Members Rewards Program

The Club Sydney Fortune Rewards Program is a Rewards Program available to all valid Members. The program allows you to accumulate Rewards Points when you correctly use your membership card within the Club.

There are tier reward levels, with each level determined on the points accumulated within a 12 month period. You may earn points throughout Club Sydney by presenting your membership card whilst eg. dining in the restaurant, purchasing a drink, playing keno or paying for a function…

And you may use your points to pay for food, beverages, functions, to purchase EFTPOS cards…even to renew your Membership.

What are Clubs Sydney Members Fortune Rewards levels?

The Fortune Rewards program is a multi – level tier system with each tier offering special benefits.

Fortune Members Rewards

The more points you earn when you use your card to purchase goods and services the higher the level you can achieve. Rewards are offered to members based on the individual level.

Earning Members Rewards

How do I earn points?

When you use your membership card you can earn points when playing gaming machines, dining in the restaurant, when you purchase beverages in the bars, playing Keno, and pay for functions and events.

Points cannot be earned when playing TAB.

Every $1 Spent on Keno = 1 Point
Every $3 Spent with the club on food and beverages = 1 Point
Every $8 in turnover on any Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) = 1 Point
Every $25 in turnover on any Multi Terminal Gaming Machine (MTGM) = 1 Point

* Can I receive other bonus points?

Depending on your Tier Level you will also receive monthly bonus points based on the points that you have earned within the previous month.

How do I Earn Points?

How can I use my points?

When you earn your points you can then use them to pay for food, beverages, functions and other goods in the club outlets.

* Spend points at any bar or restaurant.

* Spend on Raffle tickets.

◊ 100 points = $1 (Club Stockton Only)

* Extra credit on EGMs & MTGM

◊ 100 points = $1 (conditions apply)

* Membership renewal

◊ 100 points = $1

* Redeem points for Gift cards or Visa card

◊ 2,000 points = $20

◊ 5,000 points = $50

◊ 10,000 points = $100

◊ 50,000 points = $500

How do I know which level I am on?

Simply ask at Reception or any of the bars.

How can I move up levels?

On the 10th of each month your points will be reviewed and if you have earned the required amount in the preceding 12 month period you will be moved up a tier.

How can I move down levels?

Points will be reviewed every 6 months on the 10th June and 10th December and levels will be adjusted accordingly.

Do my points expire each year?

Points earned by Sapphire and Amber levels can be redeemed for Rewards by 31st December of each year on which date they will then be purged.

Points for Jade +, Jade and Ruby levels do not expire unless a breach of terms and conditions occur.

Can I receive bonus points?

Depending on your tier level you will also receive monthly bonus points on the points that you have earned within the previous month.

Bonus Points are not included in the Points Earned tally and do not go towards determining which Member Reward Tier Levels.

How can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance at any gaming machine or Members Reward Kiosk .

Other Information

Membership and any accrued Points or Rewards are not transferable. Suspended, excluded, or expelled member forfeit accrued points. A full list of terms and conditions are available at reception upon request.

Can I opt out of the program?

You are able to opt out of the Rewards Program at any time, by notifying the Board President in writing.
